1. Are the signed albums authentic?
Yes. Our signed albums are 100% authentic. They may be priced higher because they are sourced through trusted industry contacts. Although our website is newly launched, we have been working with these trusted sellers for over 5 years.

2. Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately, we can't ship it worldwide.

3. How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your country and customs processing.

4. Do you provide tracking?
Yes. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

5. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review the case and assist you with a solution.

6. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before the item has been shipped.

8. Will I need to pay customs or import taxes?
